In Your Light, Spirit & Mission
By surrendering to nature, tea, and meditation, with Torah as our guide.
the
tree of life
is calling you
Tu’Bishvat, the Jewish New Year of Trees, usually falls during the coldest week of the year. A time when trees are bare and frozen on the surface, yet boiling and rising with sap on the inside; making it an auspicious time to check in on our spirit.
Trees connect us to the grandeur of G-d and creation. The Torah tells us the tree of life bares the fruit of living instinctively and in peace; a desire many of us crave but don’t know how to cultivate. Once a year on Tu’Bishvat, we offer a getaway led by special guides and practices that help us go within, in order to prepare for all that we desire to sprout in the Spring.
Our next gathering will be on January 22nd to the 24th, 2027.
Nature Retreats
Sitting with tea is a gift of time with the past, future and present. It helps awaken the heart’s wisdom with ritual depth and gentle grounding energy.
The trees that tea leaves come from hold life force energy. We know that from Torah’s teaching of the tree of life and the beautiful ‘Etz Chayim’ hymn we sing on Shabbat - “It is a tree of life to those who hold fast to it, and those who uphold it are happy. Its ways are pleasant ways, and all its paths are peace.”
Feel these teachings more deeply through the art of Zen tea ceremony and the medicine of wildcrafted, organic and small batch tea leaves from sustainable, protected and sacred lands.
Tea Ceremony
What many experience as intimidating and challenging or envision as just sitting quietly, doesn’t have to be. From traditional transcendental methods to prayer, forest bathing or just simply taking the time to breathe, we’ll help you find what works best for you.
The power of breath is first mentioned in the first chapter of Torah called ‘Bereishit,’ which is also the Hebrew word for ‘beginning.’ This is where we learn the living soul is literally created with G-d’s breath. In a world that’s constantly distracting us away from our foundation of being, we invite you to breathe back to the ‘beginning,’ where the blueprint of life lives.

Meditative Torah
Offering sacred steps to feeling In Flow.
-
When we take time to remember where we came from, how we got here, and where we’re going, we can stand present in our light.
-
Leverage the inherited power in the vertical vortex of time we live in, to understand and clear any blockages getting in the way of standing in your true spirit.
-
When we become aligned with who we are by Remembering our Light and Reclaiming our Spirit, we are free to Rejoice in our Mission.
For as long as I could remember, I had a fascination with all things plants and trees. Whether it’s the soil they grow in, the landscapes they decorate or the colors they create, they’ve always found their way into my life’s story. I’m now excited to offer them in the unraveling of yours.
In my career, it began with an organic cotton menstrual care company I pioneered with my Dad in 2008, followed by an organic gardening brand I launched to market in 2021. In my personal life, I’ve spent 26+ years practicing yoga, meditating, attending all types of retreats, studying with Rabbis, and diving in deep with Kabbalists, spiritual teachers and therapists.
It was three different forms of plant medicine journeys I went on in 2023 and 2025 that sprouted the seeds for all that I’m offering in service to you here.
If you’re feeling lost, alone or inspired and looking for a more meaningful connection, welcome! You’re exactly where you’re meant to be. I’ve been there and I am still there. I hold room for both of those sometimes conflicting spaces. It’s where I’ve come to be more aligned with a journey that never really ends until we complete our mission.
