This past week we read the Torah portion “Bereishit,” which means “in the beginning.” In it, we hear the story of creation and read “g-d forms the human body from the dust of the earth, and blows into his nostrils a living soul.”From this line alone, we understand breath is the foundation of how we were created by Hashem. In mastering our breath, we come closer to “Remembering, Reclaiming and Rejoicing” in all we were created to be.

Breathwork, combined with Sound Therapy, will be one of the many modalities we tap into on the upcoming retreat.
