Meditative Torah

We offer three different ways to meditate and engage with rich Torah wisdom:

  1. Weekly Live Meditative Torah Study Session: Spend 40 minutes, once a week on Thursdays at 2:30pm EST, exploring the message of each week’s unique Torah portion.

  2. Weekly Virtual Video Message: Receive a 5 minute inspirational video message straight to Whatsapp from Rebecca Alvandi about the energy of the week.

  3. Seasonal Prayer Groups: Commit to 40 or 49 day cycles of reading tehilim or other powerful prayers like the Nishmat Kol Chai
